“There aren’t enough praises I could give towards Kristan’s character and her exceptional job as my doula. From the day she was hired, at 8 weeks pregnant, to my labor, she was wonderful. Her background knowledge in nursing and massage therapy was such a huge addition to the care I received. Between massages and rebozo techniques she was able to help me with extreme ligament pain that I had for over 7 months of my pregnancy. Without her constant care I don’t know how I would have managed. Besides her magical massage hands, she is also extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. I felt comfortable with any worry or concern I may have had, and they were always met with intentional information, compassion, and sympathy. During my labor Kristan was so encouraging and helpful. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident. I am so utterly grateful for the amazing doula/woman she is, and would highly recommend her to anyone!
