"Kristan was skillful, considerate and knowledgeable when helping me to develop my birth plan and helping me to implement it. When I went into labor, she came right over to my home and began helping me through contractions with exercises, massage and coaching. When it was time to go to the hospital, she followed us there and was with us through thick and thin. The way she so effortlessly navigated all of the social & medical aspects of being in a hospital - all the while advocating for my every choice without judgement and full support is truly special and reflects her exceptional character.
