Kristan is an excellent massage therapist and doula! Her knowledge of how to best support a mother before, during and after giving birth is extensive, intuitive and extremely professional.  I booked Kristan for an at-home postpartum massage and it was everything I needed after recently giving birth! Kristan had just the right set up where I was able to nurse my newborn during the massage which was wonderful. I also really appreciated the use of warm stones, comfortable pillows, and essential oils. I highly recommend Kristan! 

Kristan has so much knowledge, experience, and is able to communicate with mothers well to establish their personal needs and wants for their birth goals. She knew what I would need and made me feel comfortable throughout my birth. Her calm presence and soft voice are a gift that any person would be thankful to have present for their labor.

Having Kristan as my doula has made pregnancy a peaceful experience. I don’t feel like I have to overly research or become an expert, because I have her care and knowledge guiding me through every symptom, phase, and decision.
